Overview

Our client is a leading non-profit organisation, known for providing essential relief in disaster areas and emergency situations. They are eager to recruit a fresh graduate who can be passionate about the industry, and about a career within procurement and sourcing.

This is an immediate start position on a temp-perm basis you will need to be available immediately.

£10-14/hour (temp)/£23,000 – £28,000 (perm)

The Role

• Working within a successful procurement and supply chain department
• Working to source various items for well established clients on a consistent basis. Ensuring high levels of service and attention to detail
• Dealing with suppliers from around the world to source items for humanitarian aid charities and other not-for-profit organisations
• Liaising with suppliers globally, focussing on high end procurement for the non-profit industry
• Ensuring that items are sourced as efficiently as possible and within budget

The Candidate

• High ICT literacy and very digitally savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• Very commercially aware
• Able to use own initiative
