Job description
Our Harrods stores at the Airports are looking for a Commercial Manager to join them. About the Role This role will be responsible for staying up to date with the latest developments in the travel retail market and retail trends. This includes keeping a keen eye on new products, emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices that can positively impact Harrods' commercial opportunities. The role will also involve analysing range productivity and space, collaborating closely with Buying and Merchandising to inform airport range management, and develop effective product and markdown strategies. The role is hybrid and will be based at both Heathrow and Gatwick and remote. About You You will possess a strong foundation in commercial acumen and demonstrate exceptional influencing skills, showcasing the ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders at a senior level. Preferred background will include previous experience working in a Buying and Merchandising environment. You will also: Excel in driving insight to action through data-driven decision-making and possess strong analytical capabilities. Be a self-starter with the ability to create actionable plans and execute them efficiently. Have expertise in change management, displaying proficiency in problem-solving and effective workload prioritisation.
