About the role The role of Digital and Web Content Manager is to lead a team of Digital Content Officers to ensure our digital channels, primarily the website, and systems ultimately support the University’s marketing strategy. You will focus on maintaining digital systems that support our web functionality and leading content development projects to include progressing our ambitions for greater levels of personalisation, as well as overseeing SEO improvements. A key consideration of this role will involve managing the customer journey through our website and integrating relevant call to action (CTA) points with our customer relationship management (CRM) system to deliver a seamless experience. The role has a strong emphasis on student recruitment, customer experience and brand promotion, and requires an organised, influential individual who is prepared to champion best practice in relation to our content principles and their application through our digital channels. The ability to effectively manage a small team and a varied workload, and coordinate with wider teams in order to implement projects and support with activating our marketing campaigns strategy is essential.
