Grafton Banks Finance are working with a global services business with offices in Hove, East Sussex to recruit a Finance Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. Remote working is on offer with 1 day travelling to offices. Reporting into the Group Finance Business Partner and working in a team, this job is responsible for proactively enhancing accuracy and consistency of data to the business. You will Business Partner with the IT department and assist with the development and management of the ERP System. As well as maintain and further develop analysis on subjects such as Gross Profit, stock, product margin, forecasts vs actuals and P&L forecasting’s.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
System and Processes - Lead the continuous development of functionality and development.
Improve the accuracy of data within the availability of said data.
Ensure correct usage of, and accuracy of data for all entities.
Assist with administration for various softwares.
Updating customer price lists.
FP&A and Accounts - Provide support to the Group FP&A Manager.
Assist with the annual budgeting process.
Support the local entities in their monthly revenue and P&L forecasting.
Assist with monthly entity cash flow forecasting.
Ensure accuracy in forecasted opportunities and actuals.
Participate in completion of month end pack/reporting.
Group variance analysis and KPI’s.
Provide ad-hoc reports for management.
The successful candidate will need to incredibly ambitious and commercially astute. Studying towards ( ACCA,CIMA) or hold the practical experience. You will need to have at least 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar finance role, be able to work across a global business with both finance and non-finance professionals. Experience of IT systems and ERP/ reporting tools is essential alongside Excel and Microsoft packages. For your experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
