Job description

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Work closely with the Director to facilitate and drive overall portfolio and portfolio company reviews.
• Provide strategic input to optimize portfolio performance and align with organizational goals through efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop and implement robust performance analytics processes for both portfolio and investment evaluations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to refine investment strategies based on performance analysis.
• Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive commentary on LP reports, offering valuable insights into portfolio performance and key strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
• Regularly assess and report on the performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
