The Role

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll design and deliver impactful, high-quality learning packages that leave a lasting impression and longer lasting results. You’ll work with leaders from across our organisation; gathering learning requirements and translating these into effective digital or classroom-based courses tailored to individual teams, or to be rolled out to the whole organisation.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a dynamic individual who cares about the job they do, the difference it makes and the impact it has. You’ll also be able to show us the following:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering creative and engaging digital and classroom-based learning and development packages, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse organisation.
• Excellent demonstrable communication and stakeholder management abilities; with a talent for engaging colleagues not just through your delivery of training, but also in its design and development.

Our colleagues deliver services from the location that they are best delivered on any given day. This means that you should expect to work from a Midland Heart site 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days worked remotely.
