The Role

Want to join a Talent function that aims to be a thought leader, both in and out of its sector?We’ve a unique opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join us on a full time permanent basis, as we embark on our mission to lift our organisation from good to great.

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll design and deliver impactful, high-quality learning packages that leave a lasting impression and longer lasting results. You’ll work with leaders from across our organisation; gathering learning requirements and translating these into effective digital or classroom-based courses tailored to individual teams, or to be rolled out to the whole organisation.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a dynamic individual who cares about the job they do, the difference it makes and the impact it has. You’ll also be able to show us the following:

Our colleagues deliver services from the location that they are best delivered on any given day. This means that you should expect to work from a Midland Heart site 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days worked remotely.
