Job description
What you will do in your working day
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Answer a high volume of calls whilst demonstrating a standard of professionalism
- Support the depot administrator with raising orders and dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Record all client feedback
- Keep all filing and administration up to date as directed
- Handle correspondence, filing and record keeping with a high degree of accuracy
- Be an ambassador for the Company to visitors
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality and environmental management
- Receive and record all enquiries, passing them to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Shadow the depot administrator on opening contracts on syrinx, wages/invoicing and service maintenance documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fully skilled in basic Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self motivated
- Minimum grade 4/C in maths and English
The training you will be getting
The apprentice will attend a remote online classroom every Tuesday during term times to acheive a business administration level 3 qualification. Outside of term time, the apprentice will be required to attend the office.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
After completion of the apprenticeship, this role could become a permanent Depot Administrator role
