Commercial Manager required for UK leading Tier 1 Contractor overseeing multiple projects with an average project value of £10m and a team of 10 surveyors.

This contractor have a turnover of £1bn + and work on projects including education, health care and MOD. This established company are winning an abundance of work in the region and have a stable order book and continue to invest in their teams. They are currently hiring due to the increase in workload.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 contractor who have an exciting growth plan over the next 3-5 years in the region. Your role as Commercial manager will be reporting into the Commercial director and focusing on the team and growth of the division. You will be required to attend client interviews and work winning, so someone who is comfortable client facing.

You will have experience working as the commercial lead on projects up to £20m and managed a team including senior surveyors. You will need to ensure the upstream process and the contractual terms & conditions of the project are met and any change and variations managed in order to complete a commercially successful project.

Alongside the above a vital part of your role will be to work closely with the wider teams to ensure the success of projects through client relationships, tenders and team recruitment.
