What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Despatch Team Leader, this role performs a vital role to the business with overall coordination of the dispatch of Main and Nose Landing Gears to our Final Customer.
As Despatch Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
• Creating EASA Form 1s prior to delivery in alignment with gear readiness and Purchase Order book from Airbus.
• Checking outstanding shortages and open concessions ahead of gear delivery, and coordinating with relevant parties if any action blocking delivery remains outstanding.
• Booking in finished products into stock.
• Invoicing the Customer in SAP for products on despatch (A320, A330 and A350).
• Raising Customs manual invoices and initiating the Clear it process prior to despatch.
• Raising invoices for transportation tooling returns from FAL.
• Raising EASAs, CofCs and delivery paperwork for ST30 parts for A350.
• Carry out loose items delivery process when required to cover Assembly despatch coordinator.
• Liaise with haulier and book lorries in Team Leader's absence.
• Archiving EASAs and CofCs.
• Being the SAP focal point for Logistics activities in Assembly.
