Job description

The Engineering Maintenance Manager, managing a team of c.25, will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient running of the equipment and machinery, as well as:

• Ensuring there is a robust and structured PPM system in place and continuously improving this through machine learning
• Delivering improvements in machine performance, reducing downtime, reaction time and breakdown events across the plant
• Accountable for the budgets for labour & engineering parts, as well as capital expenditure
• Create the engineering strategy and implement this across all teams
• Define and implement comprehensive strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risk, shorten lead times and reduce waste
• Operating to the highest safety standards and promoting this behaviour in others
