Job description

We have a great new opportunity for a Assistant Director to join a leading international financial services provider.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of fund services to our clients
• Ensure that the department delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to clients, in accordance with established procedures
• Act as an “A” signatory
• Liaise with client on a day to day basis in regard to the provision of services by the team
• Actively support client facing teams in the delivery of our services; in particular, company secretarial and administration services
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Help drive the delivery of our new business strategy
• Work on projects and process improvements
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
