Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings.
Identify, progress, and convert sales leads.
Manage and develop client relationships.
Attract and place suitable candidates.
Conduct candidate registrations following company regulations.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.
