This Team Leader Post will manage a team of Social workers/Social Care Officers to review cases within Adult Social Work across Stirling and Clackmannanshire Council areas.
The Care at Home Review Team is being created within Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership.
This is a two year fixed post and the successful candidate will be employed by Stirling Council and will manage the new team reviewing people within Stirling Council area who are currently in receipt of care at home services.
As this is a new team, there will be an opportunity to help shape and develop the team.

Requirements
