About Our Client

My client is a bespoke Freight Logistics Solutions provider active in over 100 locations and 25 different countries covering international logistics services.

Job Description

• Manage Site Operations
• Maximise profitability, effective and communication across all areas of the business.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage revenue and expenses to budget
• Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth
• Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed
• Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as needed
• Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices
• Execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard.
• Commute to Heathrow

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Operations Manager who will be reporting into the Regional Manager will have the following sills and attributes:

• Knowledge and experience across Freight - Air,Sea,Road.
• History of management across a Freight function
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Ability to travel into Heathrow
