Exciting Opportunity for Year 3Teaching Assistant (5 Days a Week)
Are you a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about fostering the early development of young minds? Are you ready to play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of Year 3 pupils?
We are actively seeking a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive school in Bootle. This long-term opportunity is tailored for individuals dedicated to supporting and guiding students in lower KS2. The position is available Monday to Friday, offering a fantastic chance to make a lasting impact. This role is set to commence ASAP and continue until July 24.

Role Overview:
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
– Provide invaluable support to the entire classroom, with a specific focus on Year 3.
– Facilitate small group activities & 1:1 support to enhance student learning.
– Collaborate closely with the teaching team to cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment.
Working Schedule:
This role offers a consistent Monday to Friday working schedule, providing stability and continuity for both you and the students (8.45am – 3.15 pm).
Requirements:
– Possess a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, etc.) or relevant experience.
– Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
– Demonstrated adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
– Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one through Connex.
