The Role:

As an experienced social worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support and intervention for families in need. Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking statutory obligations for children and families in vulnerable situations, drawing upon your expertise at every opportunity.

Collaborating closely with families to develop tailored interventions, ensuring their needs are addressed and safety measures are effectively implemented.

Driving transformative change and overseeing the implementation of permanence plans, employing your experience at each step.

Advocate the pursuit of favourable outcomes for children and families, guided by an understanding of complex social dynamics and systemic challenges.
