Call Centre Assistant
Location: Swadlincote
Working hours: Full time 39.5 hours a week (to include weekend working)
Starting salary up to: £10.62ph rising up to £11.64 in April 2024
Plus ad hoc bonus after probationary period is satisfied
Birthday day off
Full training provided

Previous Call Centre or Call Handling experience in a fast paced environment is required

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.
As part of our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
• Transferring calls efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
