Job description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Senior Trust Officer, Guernsey.

Overall purpose of the role:

Taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients and assisting the case manager with all aspects of running a portfolio of more complex clients of the company. The role will report to an Assistant Manager or Trust Manager.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Trust, Company and Pension Administration.
• Producing Client Payments.
• Preparing Minutes and Resolutions relating to client meetings.
• Liaising with clients and intermediaries and attending meetings as appropriate.
• Undertaking ad hoc project work to include large scale data input, group trust closures etc.
• Assisting with new client take on work, focusing on the administrative and data side within time scales set out by the New Business Committee.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
