What you will do in your working day

• Gain a bespoke railway engineering degree and choose a pathway in either electrical and mechanical, civil and track or signalling and telecoms engineering
• Get support mentoring throughout your studies to become a professional railway engineer
• Amey support you throughout the duration of your apprenticeship giving you extensive experience and involvement in many of our current projects

The training you will be getting

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto the Degree qualification with one of our partnered training providers. Your Degree Apprenticeship typically takes 5 years to complete and is fully supported through a combination of face-to-face lectures, e-learning materials, and access to the Training Providers team of specialist lecturers and Coaches or 1-2-1 advice and support. You’ll get hands-on experience while collaborating with some of the best minds in the industry. Yes, you’ll learn from them, but they expect to learn from you too.

Functional Skills in English and maths if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Full time Graduate role after completion of the apprenticeship.
