As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you'll have a unique chance to collaborate, observe, and shadow seasoned professionals, including SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists. Primary Responsibilities:
Engage closely with young learners demonstrating behaviour outside expected school norms.
Implement customized strategies, provide emotional support, and cultivate positive habits to improve overall well-being and social interactions with peers.

Location: Salisbury
Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: £76 - £85 per day
