Responsibilities

• Trimming, boning, deboning
• Cutting standard or premium cuts of meat
• To maintain a clean and tidy area
• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous slaughter house experience
• Experience in using knives
