WHAT TO EXPECT

Jaguar Land Rover are engineering inhouse battery management system for our next generation of electrified vehicles. Our team work on HV BMS system engineering and algorithm development. This is a rapidly growing area in which our in-house software is critical in enabling efficient battery performance & safety.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Management System (BMS) Algorithm Engineer who possesses in-depth knowledge of lithium-ion cell chemistry, along with expertise in algorithm development for functions like SoC, SoH, SoP and prognostics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced cutting-edge algorithms to optimize the performance, safety, and lifespan of lithium-ion batteries.

In this role you will work with cell team & system engineering team to develop algorithms. You will also be interacting with software team to adapt algorithm designed into real time application.
