£45k - Clinical nurse manager / Deputy Manager - West Yorkshire area

CLINICAL NURSE MANAGE/DEPUTY MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN qualified) to lead and support our care team.

Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Nurse Manager/Deputy Manager
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of care
• Complete and submit MCA/DoLS assessments
• Complete audits as required
• Play an active part in the assessment, and supervision of the team.
• Communicate professionally with visitors including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.
• Be happy to undertake managerial and leadership responsibilities as required
• Manage and monitor service delivery
• Maintain accurate records
• Safe administration of medication
• Assess, Plan, Implement and Evaluate care through developing individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments for residents
• Ensure Residents receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect
• Involvement in working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Lead and supervise a team of care workers, including undertaking supervisions & appraisals, and mentor/induct new staff
• Support with governance and auditing and implementation of action plans
• Drive forward continuous improvement
• Line Management of key personnel
• Responsible for KPI's
• Pre admissions
• Support with training programme
