Job Description
- Providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
- Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan training & development.
- Developing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Managing employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinating performance management and appraisal systems.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
- A strong commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
