Job description
Technical engineering role that will see you develop a range of composite based products.
As Lead Engineer, you will deliver technical guidance on a range of specialist projects.
Excellent working facility and negotiable package depending on your level of experience.
This Lead Engineer job will suit:
An experienced Lead Engineer with a proven record of developing products / systems within a technical engineering capacity. The company produce a range of metallic and composite components used across several sectors (Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence, Specialist Vehicles).
Degree educated within an engineering discipline.
Experience of delivering technical projects and finding engineering solutions.
Comfortable using a range of technical packages, such as CAD and CAE systems.
The Lead Engineer job will involve:
Delivering professional, high quality results to customers.
Support project proposal development including scope definition, configuration, implementation, tracking and control of projects
Lead project teams including coaching and technical direction to meet project deliverables
Responsibility for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of process effectiveness
