Job description

Quality Engineer / Technician required. Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer based in the Sandy area, seeking an enthusiastic Quality Technician / Engineer ideally with experience within the electronics industry.

Quality Engineer / Technician - Electronics Position Overview

• Carrying out failure analysis and 8D reporting
• Dealing with and amending internal quality discrepancies
• Carrying out internal quality audits in line with ISO9001
• Assisting with new product introduction activities
• Producing reports on quality discrepancies
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives

Quality Engineer / Technician - Electronics Position Requirements

• Previous experience within a Quality Technician or Quality Engineering related role
• Based in a commutable distance of Sandy, Bedfordshire
• Familiar with electronic measuring and test equipment
• Computer literate
• Internal auditor training is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO9001

Quality Engineer / Technician - Electronics Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary
• Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00. Friday 08:30 - 16:00. 38 hour working week.
• Holiday allowance and Pension
