We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and wants the opportunity to build a successful Industrial desk with a leading recruitment company who are growing.
We welcome candidates with sales experience, though prior recruitment experience is preferred.

Salary dependant on experience + commission

What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
- Leverage your sales expertise to drive success and exceed targets.
- Achieve targets for daily & weekly activity for new client canvass calls and spec calls
- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources
- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
- Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview and selection of quality applicants
- Perform other duties as assigned
