The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, well-established company, and to lead and manage the customer service and sales functions. The Customer Service Manager will be tasked with coaching and mentoring a team, managing and developing key accounts, tracking KPIs to improve overall sales performance, and supporting senior leadership in regard to company strategy.

The Candidate
An experienced Customer Service Manager with a track record of account management. You will have experience of hiring, mentoring and developing staff, ideally within the consumer products industry. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also have experience of setting and tracking KPIs.

We are currently retained by a high growth business with considerable experience in the supply and distribution of luxury goods that have a significant presence both in the UK and internationally. In pursuit of strategic expansion plans, our client is actively seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate the performance and development of the sales and customer service functions.
