Salary to £35,000 to £45,000 + benefits & bonus (dependent upon experience)

Our client is a dynamic, privately owned business based in Hereford. They’re well-established and through the delivery of the highest quality service, they have a superb reputation within the industry for both employees and customers alike.
As part of their growth strategy, they seek to appoint a self-motivated and capable Manager to spearhead the accusation of new customers and to grow the support team accordingly. Their marketplace is hugely growing and offers an abundance of opportunity. This is an autonomous and pivotal role sitting within the senior management team.
The successful candidate will develop a clear strategy for the business and lead all areas of its delivery. This will include creating energy and momentum behind their USPs and proactively taking it to market. The division is established, but small, and needing someone visionary to take it to the next level. The wider organisation has a strong footprint within Herefordshire, but the success of this role will catapult the business into its next phase and will see the business spread further into neighbouring counties and, in time, nationally.
The role will involve engagement with potential business introducers and customers, so effective communication will be key. An understanding of marketing, both via social media but also via conventional means, will be an advantage, always with a focus on ROI.
This role offers an opportunity for someone ambitious, sales/growth focused, entrepreneurial, and rounded to take ownership of the development of a business within an expanding marketplace in a very worthwhile sector.
