Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Director of Customer Services. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Customer Services in managing all aspects of our customer service operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
As the Assistant Director of Customer Services, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives and work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing and implementing customer service strategies, monitoring performance metrics, resolving escalated customer issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Customer Services to develop and execute customer service strategies and initiatives
Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Streamline customer service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment of customer service goals and objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals

Pay Per Day: £476.80
