Team Manager- LAC- £50 p/hr
NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Looked After Children team.
This is a Non Caseholding role giving you a balanced work load leading to improved Job satisfaction and a better work life balance
You will be a Team Manager, working closely with management and your team to continue and develop the service, leading to increased job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers. Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.
