Covering four sites in East London- all walking distance
Sites are all within Tower Hamlets
Fawkes & Reece are working with a large facilities company in the recruiting of a Facilities administrator.
We are looking for someone with experience within FM either within contract support or helpddesk administrator.
You will be responsible for overseeing two sites within East London and the candidate must be comfortable with this.
Proposed scope for a Facilities Admin:
* Purchase order issuing to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Pool Testing results transferred onto our excel pool sampling trackers for all projects.
* Book in daily pool sampling for all projects on the Joblogic engineer's planner.
* Compile excel PPM planners extracted from the ELB system planners that already exist.
* Book in subcontractor planned preventative maintenance 1 month prior to being due.
* Sending outlook calendar invites for the booked in subcontractor planned preventative maintenance to the designated FM & myself.
* Chase service reports for planned preventative maintenance upload to the Joblogic system (they will only upload the service report and complete the job on Joblogic; the FM will then review and approve completed jobs).
* Provide the admin with a help desk phone number which can be uploaded onto Elogbooks so that they can contact in hours for jobs that require acknowledging (currently elogbooks ring my work phone to chase me when the FMs have not provided an update to jobs that are due to be updated.) the Admin can then ring the designated FM to action.
* The help desk number can then be forwarded to out OOH's number every evening.
