Our client is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a 100+ bedroom hotel in Glasgow.
The package on offer consists of a salary of £32500 p/a with incentives and perks.
Working 5 days over 7.
This job would suit an experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in hotels.
You will be expected to participate in (and lead in the Head Chef's absence) regular busy services and the execution of :
* Conferences
* Afternoon teas
* Weddings
* …and more
Ideally you will have been in a similar role recently and will hit the ground running. You will have a professional attitude and a calm head in the heat of service, making decisions in the absence of the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
We would consider a strong Senior Chef de Partie looking to advance to their first Sous Chef position.
