Mildenhall College Academy is looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.

About you

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident person who will work well as part of the Pastoral Team. The Inclusions Manager will help manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support students in being ready to learn, be happy, successful, and positive members of the academy community.

If you enjoy working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you.

We deliver high quality learning experiences and aim for the best possible achievement for every student. Mildenhall College Academy was graded ‘good’ by Ofsted, November 2018.
