Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Employment Specialist to manage a team of advisors that provide advice, guidance and support to customers with complex health related barriers to work.
50% of your time will involve working with a fluctuating caseload of complex customers aiming to breakdown their personal and complex barriers to work, learning and life. Throughout each customers’ journey you will connect them with training, mentoring and work opportunities to help them to secure and sustain in new employment. You will have extensive experience supporting unemployed customers with complex needs into work.
You will have previous experience in a senior role having managed teams across their individual performance to KPI’s and job entry targets. You will be skilled in coordinating work with advisors, motivating, training and mentoring them to ensure they hit their targets/KPI’s across each regional area.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will also have access to your own vehicle as this role will be based across the region.
