4416 CHISWICK + Travel: TOP, Daily English MT Nanny for 3 children; B6, G3 & B21-months (+ newborn due)
June start for a "VIP" Daily Nanny in CHISWICK, with lovely international travel 3-4 times/year! We have a delightful new role for professional clients in Chiswick. Our clients are seeking a new Daily Nanny, to take sole charge care of their 3 children, B6, G3 & B21-months (+ newborn due September), from early this Summer. The role would initially begin as shared care of all the children in different combinations (e.g. having time with the baby and older children separately) to then transition to sole-charge of all 4 children. Their much-loved nanny is leaving after 2.5 years to pursue a different career role, therefore they are consequently looking for a full-time nanny to start in June 2024 to handover and overlap with current nanny. The family have only had two long-term nannies to date and come highly recommended. With three children ranging in age and new baby due, the nanny must be adaptive and confident with mixed age-groups, with excellent 'Early-Years' knowledge yet able to also support with the family's eldest school-age son. The nanny must have previous experience working with UHNW, private families and be active, fun, creative and genuinely passionate about children's development. Our client works in the medical profession and the Nanny hours will be 48 hours/week (4 x 12-hour days) based around the mother's shift pattern at the hospital, and our clients will endeavour to give as much advanced notice as possible. There will be 1 night of babysitting and the family also require the candidate to support them with 1 weekend (considered from 7pm Friday to 7pm Sunday) of proxy parenting per month. As a busy household and both parents experiencing some fluctuation with their own working hours, flexibility and adaptability is a key competent for this role. The family will always prioritise their nanny’s week-day hours to be worked in blocks where possible (e.g. Monday or Friday off) with at least 1-2 months notice, and do need unused babysits and proxy weekends banked towards travel trips. Our clients are a British/Australian family and do require a candidate flexible and happy to support with a few long-distance international travel trips (including USA, Hawaii & Australia). Travel is likely 2x 3-week trips per year plus smaller 1-week trips in Europe, so the candidate must hold a passport that is visa easy and be open to travelling this Christmas 2024 (trip to Hawaii already booked.) It is preferred that the nanny has previous experience of formal & VIP households and private travel. They also have a second home in Oxfordshire, where they spend some time during the school holidays and weekends. It is essential that the Nanny is a confident driver (manual in London - Mini & Range Rover) and a strong swimmer (there is a pool at their Oxfordshire home) as the children love the water. It is also essential that the new nanny is OK with dogs as there is a much-cherished Retriever. As busy professional household, this role is best-suited to a highly-organised candidate and confident, healthy/nutritiously astute cook.
