Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a highly successful and reputable business who are currently looking for an experienced and confident recruiter to join their fantastic HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business, playing a pivotal role within their HR team to actively oversee and manage their recruitment process. You’ll have experience in working collaboratively with hiring managers, understanding recruitment requirements and supporting in the process from job advert creation and advertising through to the onboarding of new starters.

Internal Recruiter Responsibilities: - Creating and advertising engaging and descriptive job adverts
- Utilising relevant resourcing techniques such as LinkedIn to identify potential candidates
- Travelling across nearby sites to meet and discuss recruitment needs with hiring managers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with PSL agency contacts
- Carrying out the initial screening and selection process
- Oversee and manage the interview arrangements, including liaising with hiring managers and ensuring all relevant documentation is received/distributed
- Establish strong relationships with candidates ensuring to promote a positive candidate experience through consistent and timely communication/feedback
- Supporting in the development of recruitment policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure accurate reports can be produced
- Working cooperatively with the HR team to produce offer of employment documents
- Assisting in hiring forecasts and recruitment budgets
Required Skills & Experience: - Proven capability and experience of working within a recruitment focused role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent sourcing techniques utilising various platforms including LinkedIn
- IT literate and proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems
- Confident communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Ability and willingness to travel across nearby sites as required
