Production Operative - Temp to Perm!
We have an excellent opportunity to join Roxel, in the heart of Kidderminster.
Duties will Include:
- Carry out daily activities as director by Cell Leader
- Manufacturing, producing, assembling and finishing products in accordance with approved methods of manufacture
- Ensure work stations and environment is always in a fit for purpose state, meaning clean, safe and maintained
- Escalating equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision
- Some roles in various departments may involve working with hazardous materials
- Responsible for own PPE and ensure own training is updated regularly
- Conducting tasks in line with standards, procedure and manuals, and taking personal responsibility to ensure processes are followed
Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Mature and professional attitude necessary and ability to follow instructions
- Methodical and thorough approach
Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday / 7:30 - 2:30pm Friday
Pay: £10.50 per hour increasing to £12 from April 2024.
