Cover Coordinator - Part Time
25 hours per week Mon-Fri 7:00am-12:00pm
39.4wks per year term time
Starting Salary: £27,897 – £30,048 FTE
Actual Salary: £16,837 - £18,136 (Pay Grade ELM6)

We are seeking to appoint a committed, reliable, and organised individual to coordinate cover, breaktime duties and room changes.
This is a key role in ensuring the daily smooth running of the school, therefore candidates must possess strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility and excellent administrative and IT skills, a knowledge of SIMs or similary school MIS systems would be advantageous. Candidates should also possess a calm yet assertive and professional manner and relate well to young people as on occasion will be required to cover lessons.
