Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Days/ Hour of work: 09:00 - 17:00

The company
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Administration & Facilities team at a well-established company based in Brentwood. Not only will you carrying out administration duties, but you will also be assisting multiple departments within the business so will gain a wider knowledge of the company, no day will be the same.
Duties
- Conducting font of house duties
- Meeting and greeting customer and clients when they visit the office
- Processing and in-putting sales orders
- Booking meeting rooms and updating the diary
- Arranging catering and events
- Answering the switchboard, transferring to the correct team, or taking messages
- Booking travel for senior members of staff
- Entering customer and client data into the internal system
- Ensuring health and safety documents and up to date and correct
- Providing support for the multiple departments

- You will be educated to degree level
- You have excellent organisation, with a good attention to details
- You have professional attitude and presentation
- You have a pleasant telephone manner
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong attention to detail
- You have a proactive mindset
