Job description
As a CRM Manager/ CRM Interim Consultant you will help to coordinate the effective use of Dynamics 365 CRM and associated systems and processes in support of the organisations strategy. You will consult and make recommendations on current proceedures.
You will play a key role in the development of CRM and reporting systems to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns and deliver appropriate management information to CRM stakeholders. You will advise and promote best practice and make improvements where necessary.
- Manage the timely importation of leads into the CRM from events, web forms, or via campaigns run with external marketing agencies. Drive the customer journey and make improvements.
- Support lead generation and lead management services provided by external partners and processed through the CRM.
- Create and manage market segmentation for the successful delivery of all marketing email and SMS campaigns sent through the CRM and associated systems.
- Provide support, guidance and training to internal stakeholders using the CRM in relation to lead importation and data quality.
- Provide support to build and send marketing emails when necessary.
- Contribute to the development, analyses, and interpretation of reporting within the CRM and Tableau to assess effectiveness and support continuous improvement of recruitment and marketing activity.
