Overview

Due to growth we have a opportunity available for a Project Support Coordinator, based in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire.

This offers a salary of £25’000 to £28’000, which is flexible for the right person / experience, plus benefits.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with no evenings or weekends involved.
Once you pass your probation there is an option to work from home too!

You will be working for an award winning independent furniture dealer, who provide consultancy, procurement and installation services to all market sectors and businesses. They offer design led and inspiring work spaces that transform the way businesses work, providing the best possible solutions for their clients. As the Project Support Coordinator, you will be working on the public sector side of the business, working closely with schools, universities and the local government. Your role will include processing day-to-day sales orders and managing deliveries between suppliers and customers. Other duties include supporting the Sales Executives with their sales opportunities, answering the telephone and providing outstanding customer service. As the Project Support Coordinator you will also follow up enquiries and liaise directly with new prospects and clients, to discuss their needs and provide a quotation against this. Internal communication is key, you will be working with the design department to produce schedules against proposed layouts and supporting the sales team with smaller quotations as required, keeping supplier folders up to date and in order.

To be considered for the Project Support Coordinator you will need…
Experience or order processing.
Experience of providing quotations.
Strong communication skills.
Any experience of tender processes and public sector red tape would be advantageous.
If you have worked within the furniture industry it would be highly beneficial.
Creativity, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive and calm under pressure.
