Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, on behalf of our client, a leading specialist in the design, build, financing, and operation of EV solar car parks. The successful candidate will possess the necessary positive, can-do attitude with a sufficient time served & varied skillset to cover technical, commercial, quality and people management requirements to deliver several key projects throughout the UK.
The Senior Project Manager will:
Work with the wider Business Development Team to accurately scope & price opportunities in the sales pipeline.
Manage & implement CDM 2015 roles & activities.
Develop and monitor project programmes.
Plan & resource project activities.
Manage, encourage & maximise the value of subcontractors, design, and other resources.
The Senior Project Manager will have:
A minimum of 10 years site construction experience with required industry accreditations.
High aptitude in the use of Microsoft Office and Project products.
Experience & strong awareness of various forms of contract such as NEC, JCT.
A degree or relevant experience in an engineering discipline.
Experience within renewables with DNO familiarity.
Exemplary oral & written communication skills.
