Our client is an innovative, facilities maintenance specialist to the healthcare sector. They deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to our clients, helping to manage and optimise over 30 primary healthcare facilities across England.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage contracts within the facilities management department.
- Ensure successful execution of public-private partnerships.
- Lead the facilities management team for private healthcare facilities.
- Monitor and manage repairs across the regions.
- Ensure the technical aspects of the facilities are well maintained.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve company goals.
- Report progress and issues to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Financial and budget reporting
- H&S and Compliance
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in managing public-private partnerships is ideal but not necessary
- Proven skills in facilities management and hard service delivery
- Technical acumen to oversee and manage repairs.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management.
- A commitment to maintaining high company standards and industry regulations.
- Willing to travel to the South East
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office based Products: Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint; with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and property management systems
- Degree level or equivalent relevant qualification/experience in a building or engineering discipline
- Completion of IOSH or NEBOSH training
