A superb opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a Top 100 UK law firm based in Exeter.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, first registrations, shared ownership, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, and help-to-buy transactions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
