Job description
Our gaming client is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Customer Service Agent (Mandarin speaking) to join their growing team on the Isle of Man. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multitask/prioritise in a fast past environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred. Role responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer support in Mandarin through email and live chat, aiming for first contact resolution. You will conduct thorough investigations to diagnose and resolve customer issues, communicate effectively with customers, adhere to company policies and proactively escalate complex issues whilst keeping customers information throughout the resolution process. This position requires a rotating shift schedule consisting of nights, days, and swing shifts. We offer a work-life balance benefit with two proper weekends off per cycle and four consecutive days off after each shift rotation.
