Position Overview:
Axcis Education are seeking a passionate and driven Food Technology Teacher to join us working in a high school in Wallasey. The successful candidate will contribute to the academic success of students aged 11-16 years and sixth form, this role involves implementing engaging schemes of learning through both practical and theory lessons, fostering an environment where students can excel academically.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive Food Technology curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
• Prepare and conduct exam-focused lessons to ensure students are well-prepared for GCSEs.
• Implement schemes of learning through a combination of practical and theory lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and fostering student success.
