Description:

We are recruiting for an engineering firm in the Watford area who are seeking a Sales Executive with a difference. This is not your tradtional Sales Executive role, you will initially be contacting exisitng and lapsed users to secure business and when you are meeting them it is likely to be from the office over MS Teams.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

• To achieve sales targets and growth


• To provide an effective day to day customer interface throughout the area


• To make key prospect/customer visits independently or with another member of the team.


• Efficient pursuit of quotations to achieve order conversion.


• Prompt follow-up of qualified marketing, advertising, direct-mail, exhibition and other prospect leads.


• Ensuring all prospects generated from your own efforts are communicated to internal sales staff


• Regular sales forecasting and updating


• Identification of potential new products


• Communication of visit schedules and revisions and daily visit reports to internal sales staff


• Prepare and deliver area sales-meeting presentations


• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospects and customers

Requirements for Sales Executive

A qualification in an engineering discipline (mechanical/electrical)

Car driver (car owner)

Basic salary of £35000 - £45000pa

Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
