Job description
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced journalist to manage our Group Digital Content across all titles whilst continuing to grow and expand our hyperlocal digital sites across the province.
This is a key senior position responsible for driving digital consistency at a Group Level through motivating, mentoring and developing the editorial teams to get the very best stories online to grow our audience.
Your role would involve development plans for current and future hyperlocal sites from bringing new and fresh digital ideas to successfully launching new sites.
Previous experience of leading editorial teams and driving growth, creating digital content video/audio plus a thorough understanding of how to use social media to source and enhance stories is essential.
