Role Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Lead Process Engineer to oversee the successful delivery of technical and design work. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving

What You Will Be Doing:

• Delivering detailed studies to decision-makers across various business units
• Building relationships with stakeholders including Programme Heads and subject matter experts
• Leading study teams and deploying efficient study delivery methods
• Contributing to the development of best practices within the study community
• Collaborating with supply chain partners
• Ensuring governance and assurance in study work for auditable decision-making

Formal Qualifications or Training:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects
